Severe Winter Weather
It has been rainy quite a bit recently. To be completely honest, I am tired of the rain (I guess it's because I'm from a desert). But last night while I was watching the SNL Christmas special, there was a severe winter weather alert going across the screen. It also had a list of churches that were canceling Sunday services because of the weather alert. Well...here are some pictures taken from the kitchen of the severe winter weather.

Boy, the weather there seems pretty harsh. Are you sure you will be able to survive those Arctic conditions? (Can you sense the sarcasm?)
I was watching tv when that happened too...Great idea to take a picture. As we were driving to church the next morning I commented that church has never been cancelled for me and I am from Montana. Jeff said it was cancelled a couple times in Oregon for an inch or two of snow...we had a couple feet in MT! I guess it is just what you are accustomed to and people here freak out a lot...remember the "drought" this summer when the grass was still green and it wasn't becasue people were watering it?
