Christmas 2011

Better late than never, right? We spent Christmas with the Dickens clan in Utah this year. We stayed at Maren and Jordan's house. It was really nice of them to have us since baby Allison was born about 2 weeks before we arrived. Tons of fun!

Our flight to Utah was out of Louisville at 6:00 in the morning, so we stayed the night before in a Marriott (thanks Gordon!) near the airport. I highly recommend it. Free shuttle to and from the airport, and we parked our car there for TWO WEEKS for $30. It worked out great.

Christmas morning, we went to church (I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Christmas on Sunday! Who's with me?) Then came home and had brunch and opened presents.

Cousin Cameron

"We elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup." Candy cane, anyone?

Luke breaking in his new cougar gear.

Don't you just want to kiss those rosy cheeks?

PRESENTS!!! Santa found us in Utah as well. Thank goodness for free bags on Southwest!

On the 26th, my family came down and we all met at Chuck E. Cheese's. Greg had so much fun running around with Beckett. I think his favorite "game" was feeding the ticket machine. We exchanged presents (of course, I forgot everyone's presents in Lexington). The boys were VERY spoiled by everyone, especially Aunt Melissa.

Ski ball challenge...pretty sure Adele won every time.

Even Brighton got in on the ski ball action.

The next day, we went to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point with Grandpa, Luke, Julia, Cameron, and LesliAnn.

Greg especially had a fun time playing with his cousins Luke and Julia as well as Uncle Chin. Between you and I, I think Chin earned Greg's favorite uncle award this trip.

Noel also turned the big 3-0 this year. But that will have to be a post for another day...I hear Brighton waking up. :)
